Lillibridge Healthcare Services Welcomes Andrew L. Wattula as Chief Executive Officer

We are excited to welcome Andrew L. Wattula as Chief Executive Officer of Lillibridge Healthcare Services. Andrew, who joined in August, was also named Executive Vice President, Outpatient Medical & Research at Ventas, Lillibridge's parent company. He succeeded Peter J. Bulgarelli, who retired as Chief Executive Officer of Lillibridge Healthcare Services in May 2026.

Andrew brings a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence and client-focused execution to Lillibridge. We look forward to the experience and perspective he brings as Lillibridge further strengthens its portfolio and partnerships and continues creating value for key stakeholders, including physicians, patients and researchers.

With more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Andrew has successfully led complex organizations with large-scale portfolios. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer at Hudson Pacific Properties, he oversaw operations for a 16.5 million-square-foot portfolio serving more than 1,000 tenants. He previously served as Managing Director at Beacon Capital Partners and held acquisitions and development roles at Hines.

Prior to his real estate career, Andrew served as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy, where he led mission-critical teams across operations, budgeting and personnel development. He also served as a mission commander overseas and was awarded the Navy Air Medal in recognition of his service.

Throughout his career, Andrew has cultivated a leadership approach grounded in operational discipline, collaboration and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. These qualities closely align with Lillibridge's mission and longstanding focus on building strong partnerships and creating environments that support care delivery, research, education and innovation.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science with honors from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He also serves on the Leadership Council of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, helping advance pediatric pulmonary research and care through engagement with health systems, clinicians and researchers.
