Lillibridge Healthcare Services Achieves ENERGY STAR® Certifications for 77 Properties

Record number of certifications for Lillibridge, including 10 first-time certifications, reflects continued investment in energy efficiency and operational performance across the company's medical office portfolio.

CHICAGO June 3, 2026 – Lillibridge Healthcare Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) and a leading provider of premium medical office spaces to health systems, physicians and medical service groups nationwide, today announced ENERGY STAR® certifications for 77 properties in 2025, an increase over the prior year and a new milestone for the company. Awarded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the ENERGY STAR certification distinguishes buildings that rank among the top 25% of similar facilities nationwide for energy performance.

The 2025 certifications span more than 6 million square feet across 16 states and 57 cities, with an average ENERGY STAR score of 92, well above the 75-point certification threshold. Ten properties earned the recognition for the first time, reflecting Lillibridge's continued investment in efficient building systems that lower operating costs while maintaining comfortable, reliable spaces for healthcare tenants and their patients.

Several properties in the 2025 cohort have now been certified for five or more consecutive years, with one building earning its tenth consecutive ENERGY STAR certification.
