Ian holds a pivotal role at Lillibridge Healthcare Services, overseeing our property management teams in the East Territory and ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and care to our buildings and healthcare tenants. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, he oversees our property management teams, driving optimal financial performance and tenant satisfaction.

Before joining Lillibridge, Ian distinguished himself at CBRE, where he managed a diverse range of assets in Georgia. His broad real estate experience also includes supervising management teams with Equity Office Properties and JLL across Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and New York City. He has remained an active contributor to the industry as an active member of BOMA, and a past president of BOMA Georgia.

Ian is a proud holder of an MBA from Drexel University and a BA in Economics from Villanova University.
