Lillibridge has reached out to thought leading hospital owners, architects, and constructors in an initiative termed Designing a New Approach (DNA) in a bold attempt to find a different service model for our Program Management business.  This ongoing series of day-long charrettes has delivered some surprising messages to us, and to the firms with whom we've worked.

The Owner's Representation industry has grown out of the old "clerk of the works" concept, and is still mostly centered around guaranteeing that the various vendors will be held to a high standard of contract compliance.

DNA has taught us that, as important as contract compliance remains, there is a deep well of additional and measurable value to be offered to clients and to the professional teams with which we work.
