Terri Redmond named as president of WINGS fundraising organization
LILLIBRIDGE GENERAL MANAGER WILL PROVIDE NEW LEADERSHIP FOR “WORKERS INVOLVED IN NEW GROWTH FOR SAINT JOSEPH’S” (WINGS)
CHICAGO and ATLANTA, January 2, 2008 – In keeping with the Lillibridge corporate philosophy of giving back to the community, Terri Redmond, General Manager for the Atlanta office, was recently named for a two-year term as president of WINGS, a part of Saint Joseph’s Hospital Mercy Foundation.
“The majority of our employees are involved in a charitable organization and Terri is a shining example,” says Lillibridge Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Todd W. Lillibridge. “We are proud of her efforts and of all the members of our team who donate their time and energy to deserving charities.”
“I am very excited to take on this new responsibility as president of WINGS, says Ms. Redmond. “My goals include growing our membership base and seeking additional fundraising opportunities to increase our support of Saint Joseph’s Mercy Foundation and Mercy Care Services. I’m passionate about working with Saint Joseph’s and their physician tenants in my position with Lillibridge by day, and just as passionate in helping them in their charitable pursuits in my off-hours.”
“Terri Redmond is an important member of the Lillibridge team,” says Steve Clabough, VP Portfolio Management. “She is going to be a dedicated president for WINGS and will be instrumental in their philanthropic efforts.”
For the past two years she served as vice president of the WINGS organization, and her new role as president of this volunteer fundraising arm will start early in 2008.
In 2003, Ms. Redmond moved to Atlanta to accept the position of General Manager and to oversee three medical office buildings (MOBs) that Lillibridge had acquired on the Saint Joseph’s campus.
Terri Redmond has more than 17 years of experience in commercial and healthcare real estate. Prior to joining Lillibridge, she was involved in the development, leasing and management of 650,000 square feet of new medical office space for Memorial Hospital in Florida. Previous to that, she was a Senior Real Estate Manager at Trammell Crow Corporate Services, responsible for the United Healthcare account.
