TOBY Win: Wheat Ridge Medical Office Building

Chuck Fendrich, EVP Property Management and Leasing, had the pleasure to be present in Denver on Saturday night Nov-5 to witness our Denver team's win of the local BOMA TOBY Award for MOB3 at Wheat Ridge.

Described as the "Academy Awards" for office buildings, the TOBY Award recognizes quality in office buildings and excellence in office building management.
