  • Physicians want their patients to be comfortable. Our staff keeps the lines of communication open at all times - but if something goes wrong, we'll resolve or get an answer to a problem by the end of the day. More importantly, we take action to prevent any future problems.
  • You and your staff will enjoy regularly-scheduled tenant functions such as the annual Doctors Day celebration as well as seasonal appreciation events.

Space

  • Choosing a practice space is one of the most important business tasks physicians face. Whether just starting out in practice, looking to expand mid-career, or counting the days to retirement - the decisions made when leasing practice space has major financial, strategic and management resource implications.
  • Some of the services we offer include assistance with space planning and tenant improvement, as well as support to coordinate move-in. Our value-added approach helps physicians start treating patients as soon as possible.
  • If the hospital wants to set up timeshares, we're open to set up suites to help grow practices. Plus we're constantly in touch with our tenants to help adapt their space needs.

  • We work with the hospital and physicians to create a strategy that will result in the right mix of specialties in a building.
  • A good mix of practices helps drive referrals that build physicians' businesses - and patients appreciate comprehensive services in one location.

Amenities

  • Creating a pleasing, convenient environment is important. Non-medical amenities (such as ATMs, coffee carts, etc) are important to our tenants.
  • We work hard to offer businesses and services physicians and their patients want in our buildings.

  • Lillibridge performs annual surveys, and we continually monitor the market to ensure our doctors are provided fair, market-driven lease packages.

How we measure success

  • We take a proactive approach to finding ways to reduce cost and waste, while improving service.
  • From national service contracts to pursing Energy Star designation - savings help keep rental rates as low as possible.
  • Annual tenant surveys are conducted to gauge performance / physician satisfaction, and we closely monitor response time.
