"I was excited to join Lillibridge because they are one of the most prominent healthcare real estate companies in the country."

Patrick Napue has a degree in finance and accounting from Loyola University of Chicago, and joins Lillibridge after most recently working as Director of Property Accounting for Inland Retail Real Estate Trust. Mr. Napue has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and will oversee the accounting functions for all of the Lillibridge properties in his job as Property Controller. "I felt that this position at Lillibridge would give me a unique opportunity to help grow this department," say Mr. Napue. "I liked their reputation for being a good, solid company with a pattern of steady growth."

"I’m looking forward to being a part of the Lillibridge team because I know that they have always provided excellent customer service to physicians and hospital systems," says Ross Goyer, who is the new General Manager of Lillibridge's Indianapolis office. Mr. Goyer has a business management degree from Purdue University and 10 years of industry experience. Most recently, he served as the General Manager for Lauth Property Group, where he was responsible for a healthcare portfolio that consisted of about 500,000 square feet of existing properties and another 500,000 square feet of properties under construction.
