Lillibridge welcomes back Jack Coale as VP of Business Development
HEALTHCARE EXECUTIVE HAS 30 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY
CHICAGO, March 19, 2008 – Continuing its plans for growth and expansion, Chicago-based Lillibridge, one of the nation’s largest private healthcare real estate firms, has added Jack Coale as VP of Business Development for Program Management.
Mr. Coale has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and is returning to Lillibridge after working for the company from 1996 to 2000. During those four years, his focus was on healthcare real estate business development.

Most recently, Mr. Coale served as the Director of Acquisitions at Medical Properties Trust, where he was in charge of the business unit that selected medical facility purchase and development opportunities. Previous to that position, he was the Director of Healthcare Business Development at Haskell/KDA Holdings.
A graduate of the University of Redlands, in Redlands, Calif., Mr. Coale has an MA in counseling from Wartburg Graduate School in Dubuque, Iowa.

Jack Coale has authored many articles featured in healthcare real estate publications and has been a featured speaker for various Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) gatherings.
