Lillibridge to build Medical Office Building in Florida's Viera Health Park

MOB, HOSPITAL AND FITNESS CENTER COMPRISE NEW 50-ACRE CAMPUS

CHICAGO IL and VIERA FL, Nov-19, 2008– Chicago-based Lillibridge, one of the nation's largest private healthcare real estate firms, is developing a new three-story 76,000-square-foot medical office building (MOB) for Health First. Construction is expected to start in February 2009 with completion in early 2010.

The facility will be located on a 50-acre campus, along with the new 100-bed Viera Hospital and 70,000-square-foot Pro-Health & Fitness Center at the Viera Health Park in Viera, Fla. The new campus is located in Brevard County on the eastern coast of Florida and is one of the fastest growing areas in the state.

"We are looking forward to working with Lillibridge on the development of the medical office building at our new Viera Health Park," says Chris Kennedy, President/CEO of Viera Hospital. "The residents of western Brevard County and the Viera area will benefit greatly from expanded medical services, and with Lillibridge's experience in healthcare real estate, we know the new facility will be of the very highest quality."

The MOB will be designed to complement the architecture of the new hospital, and will connect to the hospital and the Pro Health & Fitness Center via a pedestrian courtyard. The facility will house a comprehensive imaging and diagnostic center, including MRI, CT, and nuclear medicine. Medical office space will be leased by private practice physicians and physicians employed by Health First.

"We're excited to get started on this medical office building for Health First," says Lillibridge Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Todd Lillibridge. "The new MOB, hospital and fitness center will be a great addition for the residents of Viera."

Physicians are also invited to participate in the ownership of the building, if desired. For leasing information contact Damian Donati, VP of Development, Lillibridge at 901-240-4776.
