Lillibridge promotes John Montgomery to EVP of Facility Development
DEVELOPMENT AND HOSPITAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT DIVISIONS COMBINE
CHICAGO IL, Mar-11, 2009 – Lillibridge, one of the nation's largest private healthcare real estate firms has announced that John Montgomery has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Facility Development.
The company recently combined two services lines, outpatient Development and Hospital Project Management, into one Facility Development group. Mr. Montgomery will head the new service group, focusing on overall operations, vision and strategy.
"By combining these two service lines we can better share our internal resources and expertise," says John Montgomery, EVP of Facility Development. "Our ultimate goal is to expand the spectrum and quality of service offerings related to facilities in the healthcare industry, both inpatient and outpatient."
John Montgomery has been an important part of the Lillibridge organization since 1992. He has more than two decades of direct experience developing outpatient healthcare facilities and has held positions responsible for preconstruction project development, sales and leasing and project management. Mr. Montgomery studied political science at the University of Oregon, and finance at Marquette University.
