Lillibridge hires Bob Campbell as VP of Development Atlanta

NEW VP HAS BEEN IN HEALTHCARE DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY FOR OVER 30 YEARS

Chicago, July 23, 2008 – Continuing its plans for growth and expansion, Chicago-based Lillibridge, one of the nation's largest private healthcare real estate firms, has added Bob Campbell as VP of Development for its Atlanta regional office.

Mr. Campbell has worked closely with doctors, hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide in planning, developing and leasing medical buildings. Most recently he served as a project executive at Marshall Erdman & Associates. For ten years he also managed and owned a consulting company, MedDesign, Inc. Bob Campbell began his career in Memphis with Drexel Toland & Associates, a pioneer in on-campus medical office building development.

As VP of Development for the Atlanta regional office, Mr. Campbell will focus on coordinating the team's efforts to produce successful, efficient, economical healthcare facilities from initial concept to completion and occupancy. He will also play the important role of liaison between physicians, contractors, hospital executives, suppliers and managers.

Mr. Campbell earned a degree in architectural engineering from the University of Memphis, and contributed to the AHA-sponsored book, "Hospital-Based Medical Office Buildings".
