Lillibridge growth plan continues

Barbara Sumrall Hired, Three Executives Recieve Promotions

CHICAGO, Feb-7 2007 — As part of its strategic plan to support growth initiatives, Chicago-based Lillibridge, one of the nation's largest private healthcare real estate firms, has hired Barbara Sumrall as Director of Portfolio Management Operations. Lillibridge has also announced three executive promotions.

In her new position with Lillibridge, Ms. Sumrall will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the Portfolio Management Group including general infrastructure, budgeting, reforecasting, process review and compliance.

Barbara has a broad background in healthcare real estate in the areas of finance, reporting and administrative services. Her most recent position was that of Vice President of Financial Reporting and Accounting for Globe Property Management Co. Lillibridge also announced three executive promotions within the company.

Roger Becker, AIA, has been promoted to Senior Vice President Program Management, from Vice President Program Management.

David Lichterman is now Senior Vice President Operations, from Vice President Operations.

Stan Malone has received a promotion to Portfolio Manager, from General Manager.
