Lillibridge grand opening in Celebration, Florida
Celebration, Florida — June 14, 2006 — A Grand Opening was held at Celebration Health Medical Plaza — a fourstory, 92,800 sf medical office building located on the campus of Florida Hospital Celebration Health. Lillibridge, a national healthcare real estate firm based in Chicago, developed the facility — which they will manage on behalf of Seavest Inc. and several physician tenants.

This new outpatient surgery center, a joint venture between surgeons and Florida Hospital Celebration Health, will expand surgical capacity at the Hospital, while providing a convenient setting for patients.
