Larger Corporate Headquarters Offers Room for Growth

CHICAGO, Jan-25 2007 — A growing business and the addition of new employees has created demand for a larger corporate office for Chicago-based Lillibridge, one of the nation's largest private healthcare real estate firms.

Effective Monday, Jan. 29, Lillibridge's new corporate offices will occupy the entire 32nd floor at 200 W. Madison St., in downtown Chicago. The firm was formerly located at 222 North LaSalle Street.

"Our business is in a strong growth mode," says Lillibridge Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Todd Lillibridge. "Currently, we have 36 medical buildings under development across the United States. We needed room to expand, and our current building just couldn't provide the additional space. Our new working environment encompasses an entire floor of the building, and offers practical efficiencies that will facilitate our continued growth and success."

Baumann Studios LLC, a Chicago-based interior design firm, was hired to create a workspace for Lillibridge that will be both functional and innovative.
