Lillibridge expands to Atlanta office

Damian Donati is Hired to Head Branch in Southeast Region

CHICAGO, Jan-31 2007 — Continuing its strategic growth plan, Chicago based Lillibridge, one of the nation's largest private healthcare real estate firms, has hired Damian Donati to head the new Atlanta office as Vice President of Development.

"Damian brings a great deal of healthcare real estate experience to our company," says Lillibridge Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Todd Lillibridge. Mr. Donati comes to Lillibridge with 23 years of experience in the healthcare real estate business. His diverse background includes the planning, development and construction of more than 3 million square feet of medical facilities across the country. Having served in senior positions with healthcare consultants, developers and architectural firms, his most recent role was serving as Senior Project Executive at Marshall Erdman & Associates, in their Southeast office.

As Vice President of Development for Lillibridge, Mr. Donati will lead the development aspects of outpatient medical facilities.
