Lillibridge adds four experienced pros

FIRM BOLSTERS EXPERTISE IN PORTFOLIO AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, DESIGN

Chicago, May 23, 2007 – Continuing its plans for growth and expansion, Chicago based Lillibridge, one of the nation’s largest private healthcare real estate firms, has hired four additional professionals with a total of more than 75 years of industry experience.

Mary Ann Kennedy has been hired as a Portfolio Manager in the Dallas office, and will be responsible for overseeing three different portfolios in San Antonio, Austin and Denver. She has 25 years of corporate and investment real estate experience, and most recently, served as the Global Property Manager for Nortel Corp. “I was very impressed with the Lillibridge corporate culture,” she says. “It offered me more room for growth.”

Jim Segal has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, and he comes to Lillibridge from Aegis Properties Corp. where he served as General Manager. As Portfolio Manager for Lillibridge, he will be overseeing a variety of medical office building (MOB) portfolios. “I thought this job would be a unique challenge and I like the product type of medical office buildings,” he says.

Patty Ford has worked in medical property management for 18 years and has served as Director of property management for OhioHealth 11of those years. “I chose the position at Lillibridge because it offers me an opportunity for further growth in my career,” she says. In her new role as General Manager, she will continue to be responsible for the buildings Lillibridge acquired from OhioHealth, directing the property management staff as well as taking on leasing responsibilities.

Joanne Kerrigan is the new Medical Design Director at Lillibridge. Her career experience includes 15 years in corporate design and project management, and she comes to Lillibridge from HOK Advance Strategies. In her new position, Joanne will work with physicians on suite design and to establish their space requirements. “I moved to Lillibridge to advance my career,” she says, “I wanted to branch out from corporate design into medical office planning.”
