Lillibridge EVP Sydney P. Scarborough joins Swedish Covenant Hospital's board of directors

SCARBOROUGH BRINGS EXTENSIVE HEALTHCARE KNOWLEDGE TO POSITION

CHICAGO, May 1, 2008 – In keeping with the company's goal to serve the community, Executive Vice President, Sydney P. Scarborough has been named to the 20-member Swedish Covenant Hospital board of directors.

Announcing the appointment, Todd W. Lillibridge, Chairman and CEO of the healthcare real estate firm Lillibridge, says, "Sydney Scarborough has been working with hospitals and health systems for more than 30 years. Her healthcare, strategic planning and management experience makes her the ideal person to serve on Swedish Covenant's board of directors. Sydney Scarborough is an Executive Vice President at Lillibridge, and was recently appointed as Advisor to the CEO with responsibility for strategic projects. Previously she held the position of Executive Vice President for Marketing and Business Development, serving in that position for 10 years.

Author of the popular "Lillibridge Guide" and a national speaker on healthcare real estate, Ms. Scarborough has presented to the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and has served as an instructor in the Office of Executive Education at Harvard University.
