Lillibridge Appoints New Head of Development Division

JOHN MONTGOMERY TO PROVIDE NEW LEADERSHIP IN NATIONAL HEALTHCARE REAL ESTATE ORGANIZATION

CHICAGO and DALLAS, February 20, 2008 – Todd W. Lillibridge, chairman and chief executive officer of Lillibridge Healthcare Services (Lillibridge) announced today that John D. Montgomery, senior vice president, has been appointed to head up the company’s Development Division located in Plano, Texas, in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. Mr. Montgomery will be responsible for all facets of the business including development, design, construction, sales, and operations.

Mr. Montgomery is an industry veteran with 20 years of direct experience in the outpatient healthcare facility business. Prior to joining Lillibridge in 2005, Mr. Montgomery was with Mediplex Medical Buildings Corporation (MMBC) for 13 years, and 5 years with another national developer of outpatient facilities. During his career, Mr. Montgomery has held positions responsible for marketing / business development, leasing, project development, and overall business operations.
