| | Todd is responsible for the strategic focus, vision and overall leadership of medical office building operations for Ventas and Lillibridge. Prior to joining its predecessor in 1982, and subsequently establishing Lillibridge & Company, Todd was employed by Baird & Warner, Inc., of Chicago, Illinois, serving in the real estate finance group and development division. He is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, the World Presidents' Organization of Chicago and the Board of Directors of the Joffrey Ballet. Todd received a BS, with honors, in Marketing and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. | |
| | Joe is responsible for asset and property management, corporate operations, financial reporting and related accounting policies and practices. He joined Lillibridge in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer, and has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, real estate and general corporate management. Joe is a member of many professional organizations including the National Association of Real Estate Companies (NAREC), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Indiana CPA Society (ICPAS). He received a BS in Business from Indiana University. | |
| | Vince joined Ventas as VP Acquisitions in 2005. In September 2010, he was promoted to SVP. Vince is Chief Investment Officer of Lillibridge Healthcare Services, as wholly-owned subsidiary of Ventas, where he is responsible for leading the Company's investment activity in medical office and outpatient real estate. Before joining Ventas he was VP Finance and Treasurer of Trizec Properties, one of the nation's largest owners of premier office buildings, where he held positions in finance, corporate strategy and asset management from 1998 to 2005. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in Finance and Business Policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. | |
![]() Chuck Wagener EVP Property Management and Leasing | Chuck joined Lillibridge in 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of property management and leasing for our portfolio. Chuck's 25 years of success operating commercial real estate at leading national firms will continue to elevate our thriving business. He plays a crucial role in the operation of this growing and productive asset class, a central element of Ventas's highly successful strategy. Chuck joined Lillibridge from Metropolis Investment Holdings Inc., a German-based company, where he had been a SVP responsible for leasing and managing the performance of its portfolio that includes 6M sf. Previously, he was VPO for the Chicago region of Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP), which included oversight of 55 properties consisting of more than 20M sf located in seven states. He has been a member of the board for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) since 1999, serving as the organization's president from 2007-2008. Wagener received his BBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, his JD from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, and his MS in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. | |
| | Kevin started with the company in 2000. He has nearly 30 years of experience with portfolio management, acquisitions / dispositions, finance, and investor reporting. Kevin is responsible for the supervision of asset management functions at Lillibridge-owned buildings. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Indiana University and is a respected member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He received his Certified Public Accounting Certificate. | |
| | Mike leads Lillibridge's business development and strategic client management activities. In this capacity, Mike's team assists hospital and health system executives nationwide in reconciling growth and care delivery transformation changes with capital constraints. His responsibilities include the design, planning and execution of Lillibridge's go-to-market strategy. In addition he is responsible for the firm's customer experience and loyalty initiatives. Mike is also a member of the firm's executive management committee. Prior to Lillibridge, Mike was a founding member and Managing Director at General Electric's Healthcare Financial Services Strategic Relationship Group in Chicago. His 20 year financial service career also included 10 years at Bank of America (and its predecessor firms) in the areas of corporate finance, debt capital markets, derivatives and interest rate risk management. Mike began his healthcare career as a marketing representative for Baxter Healthcare and served as a licensed Emergency Medical Technician for over 10 years in Texas, North Carolina and Illinois. Mike holds a Master's of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and Bachelors in Arts in Political Science from The Colorado College. Mike is a member of the HFMA's First Illinois Chapter and the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is a frequent speaker to healthcare industry and real estate group on the topics of innovation, disruptive change and capital formation.

| | John has been an important part of the Lillibridge organization since 1992. He has more than 25 years of direct experience developing outpatient healthcare facilities and has held positions responsible for preconstruction project development, sales and leasing and project management. John is responsible for overall management of the development team and business unit operations. He studied political science at the University of Oregon, and finance at Marquette University. | |
| | Mary Ann is responsible for the Asset Management oversight for a large portfolio of owned properties. She joined Lillibridge in 1999 as the Property Controller. Prior to that, Mary Ann was VP and Principal of Zink Partners, a Chicago-based third-party management firm, where she was responsible for accounting, budgeting, client reporting, payroll, and human resources. She has over 25 years of experience in asset management, real estate accounting and property management. Mary Ann received her BBA from the University of Wisconsin and her MBA with a Finance concentration from Benedictine University. She holds real estate broker licenses in Illinois and Wisconsin. | |
| | Margie leads Lillibridge's Advisory Services, which provides consulting on healthcare real estate strategy, planning, operations and ownership to hospitals and health systems. With over 25 years experience in healthcare, Margie spent the first 15 working for hospitals and physician groups in the Chicago market. At Lillibridge since 1995, Ms McHugh has worked with over a hundred healthcare providers with services ranging from ambulatory planning, feasibility studies, physician strategy, real estate portfolio assessments, acquisitions due diligence, monetization assessments and development advisory. Margie received her BA from St. Mary's College, and her MA from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. | |
| | Rex is responsible for asset management of over 6 million sf of medical office buildings across 15 states. Prior to joining Lillibridge in 2012 with the Ventas acquisition of Cogdell Spencer, Rex was EVP of Portfolio Management for Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN. He has more than 20 years portfolio management experience including long-range asset management strategy formulation, property management and leasing, lease administration and portfolio risk management. A graduate of Francis Marion University, Rex is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he is an active member of ULI's Healthcare and Life Science Council. Rex is a member of the Charlotte Board of Realtors and holds real estate licenses in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. | |

| | Phil is responsible for all planning and architectural activities for Lillibridge. Phil brings over 38 years of healthcare planning, design, and construction experience to Lillibridge's project team. Phil has directed the successful completion of over 150 healthcare projects in 43 states. Prior to joining Lillibridge, he worked for a large national healthcare corporation where he directed the company's design and construction activities. Phil received his BS in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington, is a registered architect in 20 states, is NCARB certified, is licensed as a general contractor in several states, and is a former Vice Chairman of the Texas AIA Committee on Architecture for Health. | |
| | Sonya is responsible for financial accounting, financial reporting and analysis. Prior to joining Lillibridge in 2003, she was the corporate accounting manager for La Petite Academy, Inc., where she was responsible for all aspects of the accounting cycle as well as external reporting including general ledger consolidation and elimination, tax reporting, management reporting and GAAP financial reporting. Sonya received her BS with honors in Accounting from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa, is a member of Chicago Women in Technology, a member of the Young Professionals of Chicago, and is a member of the National Society of Accountants. | |
| | Damian serves as the overall relationship manager to ensure expectations are met as the project services are rendered, and that the project is performed successfully to the client's complete satisfaction. He has earned over 28 years experience in the medical facility industry, working extensively with hospital executives and physicians in over 21 states. In addition to his current role in client relationship management, Damian's diverse background includes the feasibility, programming, space planning, design, and construction of more than 3.6 million sf of medical buildings. His broad experience also includes over 15 years in the lead project role focused on medical real estate development, physician syndication, financial projections, and marketing / leasing. Damian earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Memphis. | |
| | Carla is responsible for all of Lillibridge's marketing and communications efforts. She has nearly 25 years healthcare / real estate experience. Prior to joining Lillibridge in 1996 as a Marketing Analyst, she was a Marketing Manager with Pryce Healthcare Group, a national behavioral healthcare marketing firm. Carla also worked as the Medical Staff Coordinator for Columbia / HCA Riveredge Hospital in suburban Chicago. Carla is a graduate of Rasmussen College in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. | |
| | Kati oversees all operational aspects of the property management and leasing group. Prior to joining Lillibridge, Kati worked at MetLife for 23 years as an Asset Manager overseeing the management and leasing of a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets (office, industrial, retail, and multi-family) including all factors contributing to the enhancement of property values, performing valuations, monitoring market information and participating in sales and acquisitions. Kati received her BS at National Louis University and is a licensed Illinois real estate broker. | |
| | Steve is responsible for all aspects of the construction delivery process. He has spent over 30 years in the construction industry, with 25 of those years focused on healthcare projects. Prior to joining Lillibridge, Steve was VP Operations for Centex Rodgers and spent 8 years onsite at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN leading his team through the Practice Integration Projects, a group of 16 projects adding over 2 million sf to their campus. In his career he has had the opportunity to serve clients in a variety of roles; from leading preconstruction and estimating efforts, to directing work in an on-site operational role, as well as overseeing projects and regional offices over a wide geographical area. Through his experience of delivering projects and construction services to a variety of clients and end-users all over the country; he has developed a unique understanding of the importance of high functioning teams to the consistent delivery of excellence in healthcare construction. Steve earned his BS from the University of Florida. | |
| | Wendie is responsible for the Asset Management oversight of 6 million sf of medical office buildings located throughout the United States. She joined Lillibridge in 2011 as part of the acquisition of Nationwide Health Properties (NHP). Wendie has 25 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Lillibridge, she was a Senior Asset Manager for NHP where she oversaw the Asset Management of their MOB portfolio. Before NHP she was a Vice President for PM Realty Group, a Regional Manager for Sares-Regis Group and a Senior Real Estate Manager for CB Richard Ellis. Wendie holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Finance from California State University-Long Beach. She holds a California real estate license and a CPM Designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. |
