  Todd is responsible for the strategic focus, vision and overall leadership of the firm as the a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ventas. He has vast experience in general management, property investments, debt and equity financing, and property operations. Prior to joining our predecessor in 1982, and subsequently establishing Lillibridge & Company, Mr. Lillibridge was employed by Baird & Warner, Inc., of Chicago, Illinois, in the real estate finance group as well as in the development division. Mr. Lillibridge received a Bachelors of Science degree, with honors, in Marketing and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is currently a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, the World Presidents' Organization (Immediate Past Chapter Chair) and sits on the Board of Directors of the Joffrey Ballet (Chairman of the Facilities Committee). In his spare time he enjoys physical fitness activities and has a penchant for mountain climbing.

  Joe has been with Lillibridge since 1998. He has more than 25 years of a combination of healthcare, real estate and general corporate experience. As CFO Joe is responsible for all capital raising activities, overall financial reporting and related policies, accounting practices, information services and human resources. He is a member of many professional organizations including the National Association of Real Estate Companies (NAREC), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Indiana CPA Society. His Bachelors of Science degree in business is from Indiana University.

  Mike leads Lillibridge's business development efforts with hospitals and health systems nationwide. Mike comes to Lillibridge from GE Healthcare Financial Services Strategic Relationships Group in Chicago. There, he was a founding member of the client management and origination team which focused on the country’s 200 largest health systems and served as Managing Director. Mike holds a master’s degree in management from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.

  Damian Donati serves as the overall relationship manager to ensure client expectations are met as project services are rendered, and that the project is completed successfully to the hospital's complete satisfaction. Damian joined Lillibridge in 2006 and has earned over 26 years experience in the medical facility industry. Prior to joining Lillibridge, he served as senior project executive with Marshall Erdman & Associates. Damian earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Memphis, and contributed to the AHA sponsored book, "Hospital-Based Medical Office Buildings".

  Vince joined Ventas as VP Acquisitions in 2005. In September 2010, he was promoted to SVP. Vince is Chief Investment Officer of Lillibridge Healthcare Services, as wholly-owned subsidiary of Ventas, where he is responsible for leading the Company's investment activity in medical office and outpatient real estate. Before joining Ventas he was VP Finance and Treasurer of Trizec Properties, one of the nation's largest owners of premier office buildings, where he held positions in finance, corporate strategy and asset management from 1998 to 2005. He received a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in Finance and Business Policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

  Margie leads Lillibridge's Advisory Services, which provides consulting on healthcare real estate strategy, planning, operations and ownership to hospitals and health systems. With over 25 years experience in healthcare, Margie spent the first 15 working for hospitals and physician groups in the Chicago market. At Lillibridge since 1995, Ms McHugh has worked with over a hundred healthcare providers with services ranging from ambulatory planning, feasibility studies, physician strategy, real estate portfolio assessments, acquisitions due diligence, monetization assessments and development advisory. Margie received her BA from St. Mary's College, and her MA from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

  John has been an important part of the Lillibridge organization since 1992. He has more than 18 years of direct experience developing outpatient healthcare facilities and has held positions responsible for preconstruction project development, sales and leasing and project management. John is responsible for development and overall hospital project management activities for projects assigned to him and for managing the activities of the development staff. He studied political science at the University of Oregon, and finance at Marquette University.
       
  Phil Taylor

  Phil is responsible for all planning and architectural activities for Lillibridge. Phil brings over 37 years of healthcare planning, design, and construction experience to Lillibridge's project team. Phil has directed the successful completion of over 150 healthcare projects in 43 states. Prior to joining Lillibridge, he worked for a large national healthcare corporation where he directed the company's design and construction activities. Phil received his BS in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington, is a registered architect in 20 states, is NCARB certified, is licensed as a general contractor in several states, and is a former Vice Chairman of the Texas AIA Committee on Architecture for Health.

  Steve is responsible for all aspects of the construction delivery process. He has spent nearly 25 years in healthcare construction, and has built healthcare projects all over the United Sates. Prior to joining Lillibridge, Steve was Vice President of Operations for Centex Rodgers and spent 8 years onsite at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN leading his team through the Practice Integration Projects, a group of 16 projects worth over $450 million. In his career he has had the opportunity to serve clients in a variety of roles, from VP of Preconstruction Services to Business Unit Leader and including VP of New Work and Business Development. Through his experience, Steve has developed a unique understanding of the importance of an integrated approach as the best practice for consistently delivering excellence in healthcare construction.

  Chuck oversees leasing, property management and property management accounting. He comes to Lillibridge with 27 years of experience in the real estate industry. Most recently he was the SVP of Asset Management at Shorenstein Realty Services. There he oversaw the Midwest assets, including the John Hancock Center, the Prudential Plaza and 500 West Monroe Street. Previous to that position, he worked at RREEF, where he served as the Vice President National Director of Commercial Properties, and was responsible for a 100 million square foot portfolio of commercial properties. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Mr. Fendrich has an MBA in marketing and finance from George Washington University.

  Kati is responsible for overseeing all aspects property management and leasing. Prior to joining Lillibridge, Kati worked at MetLife for 23 years as an Asset Manager overseeing the management and leasing of a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets (office, industrial, retail, and multi-family) including all factors contributing to the enhancement of property values, performing valuations, monitoring market information and participating in sales and acquisitions. Kati received her BS at National Louis University and holds a real estate salesperson license in Illinois.

  Harry heads up Lillibridge's national leasing efforts. He has nearly 30 years healthcare and real estate experience. Prior to joining Lillibridge, Harry was employed as the Regional Vice President of Real Estate Investment for the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York (MONY). Harry received his BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, is a current member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and a licensed Illinois real estate broker.

  Kevin started with the company in 2000. He has nearly 30 years of experience with portfolio management, acquisitions / dispositions, finance, and investor reporting. Kevin is responsible for the supervision of asset management functions at Lillibridge-owned buildings. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from Indiana University and is a respected member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He received his Certified Public Accounting Certificate.

  Mary Ann is responsible for accounting functions for all Lillibridge owned and managed assets. Prior to joining Lillibridge in 1999, Mary Ann was VP and Principal of Zink Partners, a Chicago-based third-party management firm, where she was responsible for accounting, budgeting, client reporting, payroll, and human resources. She specializes in all types of real estate accounting and has extensive property management skills. Mary Ann received her BS in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and her MS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Benedictine University. She holds real estate broker licenses in Illinois, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.

  Carla is responsible for all of Lillibridge's marketing and communications efforts. She has over 23 years healthcare / real estate experience. Prior to joining Lillibridge in 1996 as a Marketing Analyst, she was a Marketing Manager with Pryce Healthcare Group, a national healthcare marketing firm. Ms. Lyons also worked as the Medical Staff Coordinator for Columbia / HCA Riveredge Hospital in suburban Chicago. Carla is a graduate of Rasmussen College in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.

  Sonya is responsible for financial accounting, financial reporting and analysis. Prior to joining Lillibridge in 2003, she was the corporate accounting manager for La Petite Academy, Inc., where she was responsible for all aspects of the accounting cycle as well as external reporting including general ledger consolidation and elimination, tax reporting, management reporting and GAAP financial reporting. Sonya received her BS with honors in Accounting from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa, is a member of Chicago Women in Technology, a member of the Young Professionals of Chicago, and is a member of the National Society of Accountants.
