But this is more than just an office move. Our new space reflects both our growth and the modern, forward-looking company we are. Even more, the new building is a statement about our commitment to environmental sustainability - a key strategic objective for our existing portfolio of buildings and future acquisitions. In the site selection for our new corporate headquarters, we used LEED® certification as a key criterion for our decision. The building we chose is LEED Gold Certified and features a green roof to reduce heat gain, higher efficiency plumbing and landscaping systems to save water, and a building-wide recycling program to promote environmentally friendly practices. |
