CHICAGO, Jun-28  2005 — Galter Ambulatory Care Pavilion, owned by Northwestern Memorial Hospital (NMH) and Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation and managed by Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc., was awarded the internationally renowned TOBY ("The Office Building of the Year") Award in the Medical Office Building category.

"We are honored to receive this prestigious award from BOMA International as it further affirms the excellence we've achieved in developing a hospital that is completely patient-focused. From entrance to exit, Northwestern Memorial Hospital offers patients and visitors a welcoming, inviting and comfortable atmosphere," said Jean Przybylek vice president of operations for Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

The Lillibridge team working at NMH was very pleased to have had the opportunity to contribute their skills to attain the TOBY Award.

"This is a highly regarded award in the healthcare real estate industry, and a reflection of our company's continuous efforts to maintain the highest quality facilities in the marketplace," said Todd W. Lillibridge, chairman and chief executive officer of Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc.

The TOBY Award, created in 1985, is the most prestigious and comprehensive evaluation in the commercial real estate profession, recognizing excellence in office building management. The Lillibridge management team entered Galter Pavilion into the competition on behalf of NMH in August 2004. Galter Pavilion, a member of Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) of Chicago, won the local and regional competitions before qualifying for the international award in Anaheim, California.

"Every aspect of building operations is thoroughly evaluated during the judging process. The criteria included tenant relations, community involvement, emergency preparedness and security standards," said Marilyn Kangas, director of real estate services for Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

"It's wonderful for our building to be awarded for meeting such high standards."

More than 800,000 patients a year visit NMH's state of the art Galter Pavilion, which is designed to provide maximum flexibility for changing needs in healthcare with a focus on outpatient care. Patients and physicians alike appreciate the superior quality of the building and management. "I'm so proud to be in a building that has won the TOBY Award," said Sanija Bajramovic, MD, a specialist in endocrinology and internal medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and tenant of the Galter Ambulatory Care Pavilion.
