Bob Stephens hired as Lillibridge VP of Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Business Development
MR. STEPHENS HAS 13 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HEALTHCARE REAL ESTATE
Chicago, July 16, 2008 – Chicago-based Lillibridge, one of the nation's largest private healthcare real estate firms, is continuing its plans for growth and expansion across the United States, by hiring Bob Stephens as VP of Business Development for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.

Mr. Stephens has more than 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently he served as the Director of Business Development for Marshall Erdman & Associates, where he created and implemented strategic sales plans identifying key markets for design and construction of healthcare facilities.

As VP of Business Development, Mr. Stephens will represent Lillibridge to potential clients. His day-to-day priorities will include gathering marketing information and securing opportunities for Lillibridge to propose its services. He will also serve as a relationship manager and maintain contact with client hospitals and administrative teams.
Mr. Stephens earned a degree from the Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and is a licensed pilot who volunteers his time to fly critically ill children to hospitals across the country for a charitable organization called Angel Flight.
